Asola is a census town in the South Delhi district of the state of Delhi, India. Part of the NCR. It is most known for the Asola Bhatti Wildlife Sanctuary

As of 2001 India census,[1] Asola had a population of 5002. Males constitute 56% of the population and females 44%. Asola has an average literacy rate of 66%, higher than the national average of 59.5%; with 61% of the males and 39% of females literate. 17% of the population is under 6 years of age.This is an old Gurjar village and the Gurjars of this village belongs to Tanwar gotra.
